Designed to be sustainable, inclusive, participative, and accessible to all, the Expo would extend beyond its site, integrating with the city of Riyadh and radiating its energy to the world.

At its heart stands the Oasis Forum, a vast circular venue embracing a central lake. Around it, national pavilions are arranged in a great international majlis, each given equal space to showcase their contributions — from art and science to technology and sport. The Forum itself is conceived as a living stage: its roof harvesting energy and rainwater, its promenades offering panoramic views, and its waters concealing platforms and surprises that rise to host performances and events.

Across the city, a network of themed Gates, linked to the Riyadh metro, extend the Expo experience into daily urban life. Each Gate highlights a key theme — Culture & Heritage, Environment, Future Living, Technology, Health & Sports, and Leisure — ensuring that the Expo is not just a site to visit but a celebration woven into the fabric of the capital.

Beyond Riyadh, Meta-Gates placed in iconic cities worldwide would allow people everywhere to connect virtually with the Expo, transforming it into a truly global celebration.
