MUSEUM OF NAVIGATION. SEVILLE. SPAIN

The museum is located in the former Navigation Pavilion of Seville’s Expo in 1992.

An immense art installation of LED lighting evokes a sea of lights that guide the visitors along the exhibition. The narrative tells the complexity of the history of navigation through the personal stories of different character tat crossed the Atlantic for the first time during the discovery of the Americas.

A huge wall is filled with hands-on interactive modules where the space becomes a playground for the young visitors as they learn to guide a ship through a storm, or overcome other difficulties of life aboard.
