EXHIBITION ART OF TRAVEL: BARTHOLOMÄUS SCHACHMAN. DOHA. QATAR

The exhibition, presented by the Orientalists Museum at Al-Riwaq Hall in Doha, displays over one hundred watercolour miniatures that illustrate the scenes that Bartholomäus Schachman, a Polish traveller, encountered on his journey throughout the Ottoman Empire, during the 16th century.

An extraordinary use of light to creates a magical atmosphere and marks an exhibition full of character and elegance.
